What are the shipping times for your products?

Payment processing times can take 1-3 business days and then 10-15 days to deliver it to you . Customer will be responsible for any additional taxes or duties for international orders.

All shipments to France will soon be traceable. Please note that for all international orders, the most cost effective shipping is not trackable.

Can I change my delivery address or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order or change your address once your package has been dispatched. We encourage you to always verify your address before placing your order. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will need to wait for it to reach you and either reject the delivery or send your order back to us for a refund. Shipping costs will be deducted from all refunds.

What should I do if I received the wrong product?

If you receive the wrong product or shipment, please email us at savannahlanepro@gmail.com and we will make sure to get you the product you ordered.

Do you ship all over the world?

Yes, absolutely. We ship worldwide.

Where do you ship your product from?

Our offices are located in Paris , France . Our international warehouse is located in China.


Do you provide product tracking/tracking information?

Some items are missing from my order, what's going on?

Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If this contains, for example, articles from two different warehouses, there will therefore be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most certainly arrive shortly.


I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us an image of the damaged item in question to the email address: savannahlanepro@gmail.com and we will process your request in accordance with our return policy which we suggest you consult for more precise delivery standards.


I still have not received my order. What's taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time. Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their online items. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course complete the payment, in the event that the appeal is made within 30 days of the date of the order and the product(s) concerned are not on sale. .
